Q WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
Picture Box Shop don't charge you for shipping your goods by guesstimating shipping costs and then adding an averaged cost to the product price in any way. Instead I thought that it was more fair that you see, and be offered, the exact price for your shipping regardless of where you order from and give you confidence that you are being charged the correct amount, and not overcharged, for the delivery of your items to your location.
Q WHAT ARE THE DISPATCH TIMES?
Your items are being handmade and we aim to dispatch your products between 1 and 4 business days.
Q IS PARCEL TRACKING AVAILABLE?
Tracking availability varies and will depend on the country, product type and shipping method that have been selected when you placed your order. Generally budget shipping is untracked and express is tracked.
Q WILL THERE BE CUSTOMS CHARGES?
Not all products can be shipped within the same country or region they are being delivered to. Depending on your country, unfortunately, this can result in being charged customs duties on international deliveries. These fees are not in our control and are assessed by your local customs office. To assist you I have created a list for the current manufacturing/print lab locations (see above).
Q WHAT IF IF I DON'T RECEIVE YOUR ORDER?
Please check that you provided a correct address as we cannot offer free replacements for orders not received due to an incorrect address. Factors which could delay delivery times include: Mistyped or incorrectly formatted address, Customs and import restrictions, failed delivery attempts if no one is at home to receive the order, postal strikes etc. However, occasionally, orders do get lost in the mail, more often we find, when being shipped untracked to less common shipping destinations. In the event that an order is not received within 30 days of ordering, we’ll be more than happy to send a replacement.
Q ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT / MANUFACTURING DEFECT
The packaging standards at the manufacturing/print labs have been refined many times, over many years and it is now extremely rare for breakages or damage to occur. On those rare occasions if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item we will strive to ensure that your collection and replacement are organised as quickly as possible and without any fuss.
Q WHAT IF I'VE CHANGED MY MIND?
With regards to a change of mind I'm afraid that it's not possible to give a refund as all products on the Picture Box Shop website are made-to-order, they are not mass produced, and we do not keep a stock of products. When you place an order it is made just for you and to your requirements and your order will automatically be routed to the manufacturing/print lab nearest to the delivery address within 4 hours of the order being placed. You may cancel your order and receive a refund provided production has not been initiated (and we have time to stop the commencement of production) but unfortunately refunds cannot be given once the manufacturing process has commenced.
I really want you to be happy with your products and the service that we provide, if you have a problem please contact me immediately, we will aim to resolve any problems within the shortest time frame as possible. Any returns or problems that occur because of our error will be handled at our expense.
Picture Box Shop is a UK Company and must adhere to the Consumer Contracts Regulations which came into force in the UK on 13 June 2014 (replacing the Distance Selling Regulations). The types of product Picture Box Shop sell fall under the category of custom made items.
